Just For Today…

I love using the 5 Reiki Principles as Affirmations when I am creating my daily/weekly schedule.

They:

1) Help bring my anxious and ADHD brain to the present. -- A bit of Mindfulness

2) Remind me of my values (kindness, gratitude)

3) Provide me with intentions for the day ahead. --I.e going into my day in a state of peace and calm instead of one of stress and reactivity.
