What Is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a personal growth strategy that provides you with the tools, guidance, accountability, and encouragement that you need to solve your problems, achieve your goals, and level up your life. Each coaching journey is tailored to your needs, goals, and journey. There are no scripts here.
With the help of the latest research in Psychology and the Science of Well-Being, each one-hour coaching session is meant to be an effective and supportive tool that rely on thought-provoking questions and self-exploration to properly identify your unique desires, strengths, gifts, beliefs, and more. Diving deep into your heart and soul. These tactics will also be used to reveal any self-sabotage, past hurts, unhelpful beliefs, and other roadblocks that are keeping you stuck.
Brainstorming, creative problem-solving, goal setting, guided visualizations, mindset shifts, and other Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, wellness, and productivity tools will also be used to facilitate and fortify the changes you are making along the way.
. By the end of each session, you will have a new perspective on your life and a concrete action plan (homework) for you to explore before the next session.
